We use a number of distributors to ensure we can get any part needed for your spa in a timely fashion, to reduce any downtime for your spa. Our service technicians can offer the absolute highest level of expertise on the Arctic Spa that you will find, because it is the spa we sell. Our Hot Tub service techs can also service any other brand, just contact us with your hot tub’s information. If your spa is beyond repair, or you simply want to upgrade to a hot tub with more options, features, and reliability, we would love to have you look at the Arctic Spa online and in our store.
Note for new service customers: Due to labor shortages & increased demand, Premier Pool & Spa is unfortunately unable to take on any new service customers at this time. If we have not done any service at the address or for the customer in the last two years (2021 & 2022) we will unfortunately not be able to service the pool or spa for the 2023 season.
